I have been using Get Vela for about 15 months now and every time I think I have it all figured out, I find yet more capabilities that I didn't even know about! It is constantly evolving and improving and makes my life so much easier in listing on Shopify and Etsy (and soon - eBay too). In addition, Justin and his team are always available to help whenever I have a question - even a silly one! Lastly, they are the ONLY POD-associated company that has ever reached out to me to ask what I thought and what I needed, how I used the Vela platform and what could be done better. We have been using Vela for our Etsy shop for the past 5+ years, and have recently begun to leverage Vela for our new Shopify site. The functionality for bulk editing is excellent and has saved us countless hours of editing. Most importantly, the support is 5-star. Never have to wait and questions/issues are answered or resolved same day. Vela is also quick to roll-out new functionality and to invest in making the software increasingly more powerful. We have a large catalog and we couldn't operate our business without such an amazing solution and support team from Vela!
Their bulk editor saved me tons of work. Their support was super helpful and help me figure everything out quickly and easily. Third app I've tried for bulk editing and moving forward the only one I will use for the foreseeable future.
